What are you inspired by to produce your songs?

I really enjoy writing about life. I think I do it because I like the idea of ??leaving an ?album of memories? of landmark events, inspired by my surroundings and I can’t ignore it.

What are your musical references?

I have somewhat eclectic tastes. They pass by Jorge Palma, Rui Veloso, Ornatos Violeta, Pearl Jam, Pedro Abrunhosa, Virgin Suta, Devil on the Cross, Sting, Amy Winehouse, Salvador Sobral, HMB, Sean Riley & the Slowriders, Kings of Convenience, Metallica, Days of the New , The Devil Makes 3, Poor Mans Poison, The Beatles, Elton John, Bob Dylan, Chuck Berry, Frank Sinatra, Johnny Cash, The Black Keys, among many others.

What impact is the pandemic having on your work?

Like everyone: a reduced schedule of shows.

What are your expectations for the post-pandemic?

I hope that there is sensitivity on the part of the competent entities to help and compensate the cultural area for the time it was stopped. It is true that almost all sectors need help, but culture has been particularly penalized by this situation. This will require a lot of courage and political will.

What goals do you have for the future?

The main objective is to have a show set up that articulates various artistic aspects. Last June we were able to put this concept into practice in the concert held at the Museu Nacional Ferroviário as part of the Rail Fest. We presented a show that combined music, theater (Meia Via) and audiovisual with the support of a choral group (Jovens Concordia). The show addresses a journey through the life of a grandfather and grandson, symbolically on a train, thus also alluding to the railway roots of the city that saw me grow up ? Entroncamento. The story is inspired by episodes from my life and the way I’m interpreting your course.

What is your favorite aspect of music?

The way it gives meaning to my life, as one of the pillars that sustain it. The privilege of giving birth to songs that I feel are no longer mine, but of all the people who identify with them. There are already some examples of songs released where I felt that kind of affection and connection for those who listen to them on the other side of the net. The socializing, sharing and friendships that are created along the way, such as my bandmates, all the friends who have collaborated in the production of our video clips, sound technicians, etc. are an example. I usually say that the best thing about creating a new work is in its process, for the challenge itself but also for all the socialization to which it is associated.

And what do you hate most?

The rivalries, the petty competitions that exist in music as well as the intrigues that are very frequent in this class that from time to time manages to unite around noble causes, but which end up being fleeting projects derived from these problems I’m referring to. It is essential for people to realize that art is not comparable and that it is necessary to know how to respect the differences in tastes of each one. Replacing the expressions ?this is very good? and ?this is very bad? with ?I like this a lot? and ?I don’t identify with this? would be a good principle when appreciating art, whatever it may be.

What are your favorite hobbies?

Precisely composing and idealizing/making video clips, because I am a physical education teacher by profession, which makes music and audiovisual as my hobbies. I also like photography and playing sports.

What is a dream trip for you?

Hollywood and Mauritius.

If you could participate in a movie, which would you choose?

Braveheart.

If you could change one fact in history, what would it be?

He was trying to explain to Hitler’s mother the importance of contraception.

The ball market in Europe is still busy and the position of striker is the most demanded. With the likely sale of Mbappé to Real Madrid, PSG has prepared an offer for Gabriel Jesus of Manchester City, but the negotiation is somewhat difficult and almost unlikely. The information was released first hand by ge and confirmed by OUR LECTURE.

Guardiola’s team does not give up the Brazilian, not for nothing has refused to involve him in the possible hiring of Cristiano Ronaldo. It was a request from Juventus that the Brazilian be included, but everything is moving towards the deal being sealed with cash only, with Gabriel’s permanence.

Despite having Gabriel Jesus as a priority, PSG has two other options to replace Mbappé ? Richarlisson, who almost played at Palmeiras, is the main one. The transfer window for major European leagues closes on August 31, next Tuesday. If Jesus is traded, Verdão can profit from a percentage of the sale, in addition to being the athlete’s training club.

In 2016, Jesus was sold for £27 million. Since then, he has amassed several trophies in England. Between the 2016-2017 and 2020-2021 seasons, the former Verdão striker has already won ten titles under Guardiola’s command at Manchester City, with an emphasis on the three-time Premier League championship.

In this period of European football, Gabriel Jesus has already had great moments at an individual level, as well as facing some injury problems that prevented him from playing his best football on some occasions. In all, in five seasons at Manchester City, the Brazilian forward played in 195 matches, scored 86 goals and contributed 34 assists.

See below the numbers and titles of Gabriel Jesus season by season in English football.

Juventus wanted to count on Brazilian football in the 2021/2022 season

Massimiliano Allegri, new coach of Juventus, did not hide that he wanted to have Gabriel Jesus in the new season. That’s because the Italian club, placed 4th in the Italian Championship last season, seeks to strengthen the attack to regain dominance of Old Boot football ? just as it was in the last decade.

Even with Juventus’s wavering campaign last season, it is worth noting that Gabriel Jesus would arrive to play for the team that is considered the main candidate to win the next edition of the Italian Championship. In the sports odds market, online sports betting sites like Betway, for example, point out that Juventus has a 45.5% chance of winning the national champion trophy for the 2021-2022 season.

It’s not the first time Gabriel Jesus has attracted the eyes of a major European club wearing the City shirt. It is worth noting that last season the Academy’s offspring were targeted by Barcelona. However, the Spanish team withdrew from the deal, considering that the amounts required in the negotiation were too high.

Gabriel Jesus and his hobbies in free time

While the future of Gabriel Jesus is not decided in European football, he has been enjoying his vacation after the vice-championship of the Copa América with the Brazilian national team. Among the striker’s favorite hobbies are sports that involve some type of competition.

In August of last year, during an interview with Esporte Espetacular, on TV Globo, Gabriel Jesus said that his main hobby is online games. Fan of the game Counter-Strike, he revealed on the program that in his spare time he likes to play with teammates like Casemiro, Arthur and Paquetá.

Foto: Pixabay

Furthermore, the Manchester City forward is also a poker fan. In 2018, he won a custom poker table at his home in England, and in his first home game he won a tournament among friends ? at which point he made a point of registering on his Instagram.

Gabriel Jesus is inspiration for young promise of the Verdão

A reference for many of the Academy’s children, Gabriel Jesus is an example to be followed in Brazilian football. And one of the main promises of the Alviverde base, forward Giovani Henrique does not hide that he is inspired by Manchester City’s center forward to be successful with the shirt of Palmeiras.

In March of this year, after making his professional debut against São Caetano, in a duel valid for the Campeonato Paulista, Giovani told reporters present at Allianz Parque that Gabriel Jesus is an idol for him.

According to the website specialized in transfers ?Transfermarkt?, he is one of the best valued young athletes from Verdão on the market and is valued at 5 million euros.

?In the beginning, it was like a mourning for life that I had planned?, recalls Juliana Melo, 41, about the period in which she was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. For 14 years, the lawyer has been part of a group of 350 patients treated at the Interprofessional Care Center for Multiple Sclerosis Patients (Ciapem) of the General Hospital of Fortaleza (HGF), a unit of the Health Department of Ceará (Sesa).

The disease that affects Juliana is considered rare and affects about 40 thousand people in Brazil, according to data from the International Federation of Multiple Sclerosis. For the neurologist responsible for Ciapem HGF, Artur D’Almeida, this number could be even higher. ?The symptoms of a crisis last around two weeks and, generally, the person returns to normality, which leads many to not seek medical care or seek only when there is no longer any apparent sign?, he points out.

Multiple sclerosis, explains D’Almeida, is a chronic inflammatory disease caused by an autoimmune mechanism that affects the central nervous system. ?Both the brain and spinal cord areas can suffer from inflammation. That’s why the symptoms are so diverse, from a weakness in the arm to a loss of vision?, explains the neurologist.

The diagnosis was received in 2007, followed by referral to the HGF. ?I was at the height of my life, it was a big hit?.

Effective treatment offers better quality of life

Although there is no cure, the treatment against multiple sclerosis crises, guarantees D’Almeida, continues to advance to offer a better quality of life to patients with the disease. “Today nowadays, there are many more options. The young woman, who is currently part of the Commission for the Defense of the Rights of People with Rare Diseases of the Brazilian Bar Association ?
Prejudice is still an obstacle

?I discovered multiple sclerosis about five years ago and it was a really big pain, a grief. People left, I lost clients?, laments Igor Sanatiel, 41, who is also assisted by Ciapem at HGF. Also a lawyer, he, who is still active, highlights the weight of people’s prejudice against the disease. ?What plagues people with multiple sclerosis or other diseases that are not very well known is the lack of information. When we spread the good news, this prejudice drops?, he indicates.

A resident of Itaitinga, 32 km from the capital of Ceará, Elizangela dos Santos, 42, also says to have suffered from the brunt of discrimination.
Review of Reminiscence, the futuristic noir film by Lisa Joy (Westworld) starring Hugh Jackman and Rebecca Ferguson. In theaters since August 27, 2021.

Lisa Joy (Westworld) makes his solo debut in the direction of a feature film with Reminiscence, an ambitious and not cheap film (he has already commented on several occasions how much it has cost him to gather the necessary budget to carry it out) that leads us to travel to a dystopian future in which the sea level has risen, flooding entire cities.

Unsurprisingly, the rich can afford to create dams to hold back the waters while the underprivileged classes have to float as best they can. One of the great consolations that people find is taking refuge in happy memories and, in that case, our protagonist can help them since he runs a business that allows them to recreate them.

Nick Bannister (Hugh Jackman) and his partner Emily Sanders (Thandiwe Newton) have a machine thanks to which these memories can be “extracted” from the subjects who come to them, in addition to reliving them. Thanks to it, they get information from witnesses in the cases in which they collaborate with the prosecution in addition to providing pleasant moments for those who have lost everything.

But things get complicated when Mae appears there (Rebecca Ferguson), a dazzling woman, all elegance who, under the pretext of having lost her keys, demands the services of Nick and Emily. He falls madly in love with her and that is why he is devastated when she suddenly disappears.

In an effort to find her and understand who she is, he will investigate the memories of several suspects and his own.

The first thing to praise about Reminiscence It is the choice of the cast. Regulars to Westworld you will find two familiar faces: that of the English actress Thandiwe Newton and the Armenian-American Angela Sarafyan. Both of their roles feel like a glove, but the two pillars that support the film are Hugh Jackman y Rebecca Ferguson, a couple who on screen is a real bomb thanks to the chemistry they have, as has already been shown in The great showman.

If in that one he performed a playback, in this film Ferguson has the opportunity to sing, so it is his voice that you will hear in the musical numbers that he stars in since his character makes his living as a singer in a nightclub.

It helps a lot to have an actress with the talent and charm of Rebecca Ferguson, a femme fatale dressed in red and with red hair like Jessica Rabbit who comes to turn the protagonist’s life upside down from the moment she sets eyes on him for the first time time. For Nick she will be a ghost, an enigma that he will elucidate by constructing and deconstructing the woman of his dreams (a fairly Hitchcockian idea that refers us to Vertigo).

Lisa Joy may also tend to dramatize everything too much, leaving little room for naturalness, but it certainly seems like a wise decision for the pursued tone of mystery, sensuality, and imminent danger.
Regarding the plot, the script takes a couple of licenses that are debatable, but broadly speaking it works wonderfully to set up an unfortunate love story that knows how to take advantage of the main premise of the film, which there is only two ways: to live in a constant loop of memories or to keep on creating new ones. The future is yet to be defined but what has been experienced is perfect since it has been sealed by the passage of time, concluded and encapsulated.

Gardening also works as a therapeutic activity, relieving stress at this moment of agony. According to the Ministry of Health, the pandemic aroused anxiety disorders in eight out of 10 Brazilians.

The request of metropolises, the floral designer chose eight plants that became trend in quarantine. ?They are the most adapted to the internal environment, which like shade and indirect light, easy to care for, durable and with a decorative function?, he summarizes. Check out the list!

Maranta

Maranta is the big trend of the year. It impresses for the beauty it adds to the decoration of the home. In addition to being beautiful, she is extremely easy to care for. It adapts to apartments, lives well in semi-shade and likes moist soil, but never soggy.

Jiboia

Extremely resistant, the boa constrictor likes shade and indirect light. It can be grown in pots, hanging supports or vertical gardens.

Adam’s rib

The Adam’s rib loves luminosity ? but in measure. It survives well in indirect light or in places that receive light for only a few hours of the day. It needs good drainage and fresh soil to grow.

fern

The fern is a plant with a tropical climate and grows in forests, especially in humid regions. It likes the sun, so the ideal is to grow it on the balcony or near the window.

Ficus lyrata

A darling for years, Ficus lyrata requires more meticulous care. The species needs to be grown in full sun or half shade and, even in pots, it grows considerably.

Sword of Saint George

The plant appreciates semi-shade and moisture, but is able to survive long periods without water. The ideal is to water it only when the soil in the pot is dry to the touch.

Filodendro

The philodendron can be grown indoors or outdoors. It appreciates humidity, so pay attention to watering.

It appreciates humidity, so pay attention to watering.

places that no longer exist

FOLHA turns 73 in November and has been and is witness to remarkable stories. Today, in the column, we begin the moment ?Places that no longer exist?, and that remain in the memory of so many Londoners. First remember: the Cinema Café. The house was closed at the end of 1997, and underwent renovation, before undergoing a ?noise test?.
‘What’s up, what about the baby?’

Gynecologist and obstetrician, Dr. Natalia Ramos Seixas is successful with her tips on social media. As she emphasizes, she often finds that the first reason that brought patients to her office was not personal desire but pressure. Questions such as ?So, what about the baby??, ?When is it coming??, among other questions ? asked by those who often do not know what these patients are going through ? make these women often resort to the consultation. ?I believe that the secret is to put a limit on people and, when asked, say that they are living one moment at a time?, she emphasizes. ?May we live longer and compare less?, he concludes.
places that no longer exist

FOLHA turns 73 in November and has been and is witness to remarkable stories. Today, in the column, we begin the moment ?Places that no longer exist?, and that remain in the memory of so many Londoners. First remember: the Cinema Café. The house was closed at the end of 1997, and underwent renovation, before undergoing a ?noise test?. Point at the end of the 1990s, the Cinema Café hosted at the time, concerts by bands with Skank, Titãs, and theme parties, such as ?Do Óculos? and ?No esescurinho do cinema?.

At the age of 20, Paolla Vasconcelos Malta reconciles her sixth period in Psychology at PUCPR Londrina with one of her hobbies: working as a photographic model. ?Since I was little, I like this area?, she reveals to the column. The photo is by Antonio Neto

So that the first contact with the patient does not depend on chance, she and her team of three employees invite you to an open day on Saturday, September 4th, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. So everyone can get an impression of the new practice for themselves.

Local mayor Jochen Pardey, who is also active on the board of the Bürger für Resse association, looks relieved when he sits in the waiting area for a rehearsal. For him and the other 500 members of the association, which was founded in 2006, securing local medical care was a key reason for founding the company at the time. Now the tenacity of the club members shows success for the third time. A doctor practiced for around ten years, the successor only ran a branch in Resse for a short time. But now, in Anja Brinkmann, someone who wants to stay has been found.

The doctor would like to accompany her patients in Resse for a long time

A friend of the doctor had become aware of the Resser’s search for a family doctor through advertising posters and informed the internist. “For me this is an opportunity and at the same time a perspective,” says Brinkmann. She is planning the next 20 years of work at the Resse site, and she knows her way around rural areas. ?I come from the provinces,? says the 40-year-old. She went to school in Celle, studied in Magdeburg and then worked at large hospitals in Hanover. Through her parents in the country, she learns up close how important good medical care is outside of metropolitan areas.

“I would like to be able to accompany patients over a longer period of time” – that is what Brinkmann would like. As a doctor at a clinic, she usually never saw the treated people again after they were discharged. Her work in a family doctor’s practice in Hanover was also characterized by frequently changing patients. Since student residences were in the catchment area, there were frequent new faces.

“Brinkmann’s focus on the Resse location and her holistic, cross-age concept as a family doctor harmonizes with the interests of the residents,” says my pardey. ?We didn’t want a practice branch again,? he adds. ?You have to reckon with a start-up time of one to two years,? says the doctor, referring to the workload in her practice. Also because a building area is currently being built in the Resser Lönswinkel, she expects a growing number of patients.

Appointments can be booked online

The practice’s website is already finished and can be reached at www.hausarztpraxis-resse.de. “Many younger people have already booked an appointment online,” reports Brinkmann. From September 6th, it will offer consultation hours on three mornings and two days of the week all day. She also wants to introduce an acute consultation hour from 8.30 a.m. to 9.30 a.m. on weekdays. Those looking for help can then use these without an appointment. The entire internal medicine program from EKG to lung function and ultrasound will soon be offered again in Resse.

And what has the new doctor already seen from Resse? Brinkmann and her family have now got to know the moor adventure trail. Some neighbors too, for example to borrow a folding rule. And when asked about hobbies, she replied in a good mood: “I don’t have any hobbies – I have three children!”
