This smartphone has a huge screen, much larger than that of the S10 recommended above; a screen with very fine margins, which give it a modern and slender look. This display is particularly readable and pleasant, but it makes the Note 10 + a gargantuan mobile – a problem only partly mitigated by its contained thickness and its rounded edges. Few will be able to use it with one hand, while a lot of users do with the S10. This mobile is intended more for sedentary people, for example professionals who combine car, office, car and sofa. Despite its age, the Note 10 + still captures great photos and its battery life remains remarkable. It should receive security updates from Android for another eighteen months.

That Marmoush also created direct danger. In the third minute he finished. The Mainz goalkeeper Robin Zentner was just able to clear the corner. The Stuttgart had more play, the Mainz were concentrated on their defensive, but could always radiate danger through fast switching play. So also in the 12th minute: Burkardt stuck through to Onisiwo. His shot came too centrally on the case of VfB goalkeeper Florian Müller.

First Bundesliga goal for Ito

In the 21st minute, VfB took the lead. And once again it was a defender who scored the goal for Stuttgart. After a remarkable combination of Sosa and Mangala, who had way too much space in the penalty area against several Mainz players, central defender Hiroki Ito slipped the ball into the goal. Four minutes later, Sosa again brought a long free kick in front of the Mainz goal. Goalkeeper Zentner hit the ball, but so did VfB central defender Mavropanos. Referee Jöllenbeck pointed to the point, but after consulting the VAR decided against a penalty kick.

Mainz compensates

Mainz continued to act passively and was deep in their own half. In the 37th minute it was Onisiwo again who caused danger. Konstantinos Mavropanos was able to clear his left-footed shot from 14 meters for a corner – and with success from Mainz’s point of view. Because Alexander Hack ensured the Mainz equalizer with the first standard goal in the 39th minute after Jean-Paul Boëtius was able to bring the corner kick close to the six-yard box. Alexander Hack used the size advantage over Borna Sosa and pushed the ball with the back of his head into the Stuttgart goal.

Sosa also celebrates Bundesliga goal premiere

The first minutes of the second half belonged to the Stuttgart defender Borna Sosa. First he cleared two Boetius corners (51st minute), one by foot, one by head, then he was able to score his first Bundesliga goal in a direct counter-attack. After a presentation by Marmoush, the Croatian met from an acute angle to give the Stuttgart team another 2-1 lead. In this phase of the game, the Mainz team moved their game a little further forward and were able to get stuck in the Stuttgart half from time to time.

Jonny Burkardt remains pale

Little was to be seen of Jonny Burkardt on the Mainz side, who had played a strong role in the last few weeks. After being passed by Jean-Paul Boëtius, the ball jumped at the height of the penalty spot (59th minute). A shot by Boetius from 18 meters just missed the Stuttgart goal (60th minute). Mainz coach Bo Svensson felt compelled to act and changed four players at once. For Onisiwo, Burkardt, Nemeth and Barreiro came Szalai, Stöger, Ingvartsen and Stach. But apart from a shot from the ex-Stuttgart Stöger from a very acute angle, the Mainz team still lacked the penetration power.

Comeback of goalscorer Silas

In the 85th minute, Silas Katompa Mvumpa was allowed to celebrate his combeack for Stuttgart after an eight-month break. The long-missing striker was also able to put himself in the limelight and provide relief several times by dribbling. Mainz also had no greater chance in stoppage time, so VfB Stuttgart brought a narrow victory over time.

On matchday 14, Mainz 05 will host VfL Wolfsburg (Saturday, December 4th, 3:30 p.m.), who play VfB Stuttgart, also at home, against Hertha BSC (Sunday, December 5th, 3:30 p.m.).

Editorial of the “World”. Between the three partners of the future coalition in power in Berlin, it was the toughest battle of the negotiations on the government contract which ended on Wednesday 24 November: who would take the finance portfolio and with what roadmap? Christian Lindner, leader of the Liberal FDP Party, a reputed supporter of budgetary orthodoxy, openly coveted this key position in Europe’s largest economy: he finally won. This choice, as heavy with consequences for German households and companies as for Berlin’s partners in the euro zone, was feared as much in Paris as in Rome and Madrid.

A careful reading of the 177-page document which constitutes the coalition contract, however, leaves grounds for hoping for a greater openness of the future German government, anxious to confirm its solid European foothold. In a French team led by the Social Democrat Olaf Scholz (SPD), the finance ministry automatically fell to one of the other two parties, the FDP or the Greens. The choice of Mr. Lindner was predictable, but the strongly pro-European orientation of the Greens obviously weighed in the formulation of the program of the coalition.

This potential opening is perceptible on two sensitive points for the supporters of a relaxation of European budgetary rules: the stability and growth pact, adopted in 1997, which limits the budget deficit of the Member States to 3% of their GDP and their debt. public at 60%, and the possibility of perpetuating the instrument of a common European debt created by the anti-Covid recovery plan of July 2020.

Finally adapt the budgetary rules

Several countries in the euro zone, led by France, consider the Stability and Growth Pact to be largely anachronistic; the negotiations on its reform promise to be delicate vis-ŕ-vis the so-called ?frugal? countries, and Berlin’s position will obviously be decisive. The coalition contract underlines the “Flexibility” of the pact, which “Should be simplified and made more transparent, in order to strengthen its implementation”. He also says guarantee “A sustainable level of debt”. The wording is imprecise enough to lend itself to multiple interpretations, but it leaves the door open to negotiation within the euro zone and to the possibility of finally adapting the common budgetary rules to reality.

Read also Article reserved for our subscribers In Germany, Olaf Scholz presents a coalition agreement under the sign of “progress”

The song was written by the two guys and produced by Pietro Celona. Red eyes is an energetic and emotional song at the same time, which tells the memories of a love story through indie and pop-punk veins. In the piece, the two artists observe the past with nostalgia and emotion, telling reality in a simple and effective way.

Here’s how i tell it DAY & Still Charles:

Love always marks, whether it lasts for years or a few months. Life goes on, but as much as you try to forget, some moments will always remain, as if captured in faded photos. The title “red eyes” fully represents the spontaneity of those memories.

Interview

Hi guys welcome to All Music Italia, first of all tell us how your collaboration was born, we know that you ?bumped? each other on Spotify and from there it all started? tell us!

Yes, we met by complimenting us on Instagram for our respective singles, after a few days we both ended up in Viral 50 Italia and we saw it a bit as a sign. So we decided to try to combine our styles in a piece that would give both of us the opportunity to express their music.

What is “red eyes” about?

“Red eyes” is a song that tells the end of a story through everyday images, intimate and raw in some ways. Photos with red eyes are photos taken badly, in a hurry, wrong. But they represent a moment when you were enjoying the moment, and therefore, even if not perfect, they are beautiful as well. Of the finished stories you are left with images, which capture moments that you will always remember.

You met thanks to streaming platforms and both come from important numbers. Streaming is now the main means for discovering new artists and every day new phenomena emerge that grind plays on plays. What do you think of all this?

STILL: Surely for us young artists, the world of streaming platforms is a great opportunity to highlight our music and our style; for example, today, joining an editorial playlist of Spotify, gives you the opportunity to be heard by thousands of people, including characters more integrated into the world of music.

However it must be said that it is not at all easy to show off; there are many emerging artists who, despite constantly publishing new releases, are unable to enter the tour of the straming, now more and more overcrowded. All this to say that no one gives you anything, to get noticed you must try to create an interesting project, which stands out from the crowd and, above all, which allows you to express your potential to the fullest.

DAY: We are living in a moment where thousands of songs come out every day, everyone can afford to put their song on the platforms and this has both advantages and disadvantages. It’s nice that everyone can have their say, but at the same time it’s hard to get noticed in this sea of ??music.

So when you manage to do it, as in our case, you have to be good at exploiting the moment and giving yourself a plan. Because if it is true that many phenomena arise quickly, it is also true that they end up in oblivion just as quickly.

How was your passion for music born and what inspires you the most in composition?

STILL: Since I was a child I have always been fascinated and immersed in music: I started playing the piano in elementary school until at 17 I started strumming the guitar as a self-taught; from that moment the first songs were born and I realized how much I really liked writing and playing something of my own, an escape valve and a refuge from everyday life.

My main source of inspiration is everyday life: everything that happens around me is a source of inspiration for my songs.

DAY: I recently discovered this passion for the active part of music, for most of my life I have always been just a simple listener. Music came to my rescue in a dark moment, writing songs gave me the way to react.

So you can understand that in most cases my inspiration comes from emotions and feelings that I feel directly, be it a relationship, a trip or a movie.

What are your artistic influences?

STILL : I think that in my releases published so far it is difficult to distinguish a real artistic influence. I have always listened to a lot of music and many different genres trying to get the best from everyone, from 80s / 90s rock, to American rap, up to the indie pop of recent years.

As for foreign artists, I listen most of all Red Hot, Coldplay ,Machine Gun Kelly, while in Italian music my favorites are coez, Rkomi e Carl Brave.

DAY: I listen to very different music and this allows me to be super open in the making of my songs. coez has always been an example in writing, then also Gazelles, Frah Quintale e Gio Evan. But then my favorite plays come from America, above all Jeremy Zucker, LANY, Blackbear.

Will you work together again in the future?

There is this possibility …

What should we expect from your music and what are your next projects?

STILL: I hope no one ever expects anything from my music; in fact a cornerstone in my musical project is to try to vary as much as possible, trying to remain as faithful as possible to my style and to what has brought me here so far, that is to see music as fun and as a refuge from the real world.

As for the near future, a new single of mine will be released in the first week of December, which will surely be part of a future EP / Album!

DAY: I love to range between various genres and you can already understand it by listening it was nice e Red eyes. I want to show various parts of me and that’s what I’m doing in making the album. It is almost ready! But first I will release a few more singles to try to expand the fanbase a little more.

For the occasion we reached the two artists for an interview but first let’s get to know them better.

Daniele Nunziata, in art DAY, was born in Empoli on June 9, 1995. The boy started writing and composing about three years ago, after moving to Milan and graduating in Sound Engineering at Sae Institute.

His first single comes out in April 2020, but the song that allows him to get noticed and expand his audience is it was nice, released in August 2021, a song that manages to total 400,000 plays on Spotify in less than 3 months, to enter twice in Top Viral 50 and to be featured on some of the most influential playlists of Spotify come Indie Italy, Generation Z, Sad Indie e Indie school (in the latter he also manages to win the cover)

Carlo Aprea, in art Still Charles, was born in Ancona on 21 June 2000. From an early age he became passionate about the world of music starting to play the piano at the age of 10 and continuing for 8 years. At the age of 18 he began to play the guitar as a self-taught and from that moment he began to write his first songs.

In May 2021 he made his independent debut with Wembley but the real leap forward comes with the release of the single Upside down in July 2021. This piece manages to reach over 200,000 streams on Spotify and to enter independently in the Viral 50, and in the editorial playlist bloodgiovane; conquering even the cover.

A commission that investigated crimes committed during Yahya Jammeh’s regime in The Gambia is calling for those responsible to be brought to justice. She did not give their name, but the victims do not doubt that the former dictator is among them.

The Truth, Reconciliation and Reparations Commission (TRRC) presented President Adama Barrow on Thursday, November 25, with a long-awaited report containing the result of two and a half years of testimony from investigations and hearings on the Jammeh years, as well as its recommendations on the follow-up to be given to it, noted an AFP correspondent.

Read also Gambia: end of two years of damning testimony against former autocrat Yahya Jammeh

The TRCC did not release the contents of the report, but a press release. “In its report, the Commission identifies and recommends prosecution of those most responsible for gross human rights violations committed against both Gambians and non-Gambians between July 1994 and January 2017”, the years in power of Yahya Jammeh, the statement said without naming a name.

One of the major questions concerns the recommendations contained in this seventeen-volume document, starting with that on the need or not for the former autocrat now in exile in Equatorial Guinea to be held to account.

Murders, torture, rape, castration?

The TRRC recalls the extent of the crimes perpetrated under Yahya Jammeh in this small, poor and landlocked country in West Africa: assassinations, acts of torture, enforced disappearances, rapes and castrations, arbitrary arrests, witch hunts, up to forced administration of bogus AIDS treatment. Between 240 and 250 people died at the hands of the state and its agents, she said.

The release does not say who the report names for prosecution. “I cannot give names”Commission President Lamin Sise told reporters. But the names appear “Explicitly” in the report, the statement said.

The fact that the TRRC is calling for Yahya Jammeh to stand trial is no doubt for the victims, according to Reed Brody, the human rights defender who assisted them and made a specialty of such causes.

The Commission left “No doubt that Yahya Jammeh is at the top of the list of former civil servants” which it recommends that they be prosecuted, he said in a statement endorsed by eleven Gambian and international organizations. “The countdown to the day Yahya Jammeh will have to face his victims has started”, he says.

Death squads

President Barrow, who succeeded Yahya Jammeh in 2017, assured victims “That justice will be done”. “I reassure you all that in six months we will produce a white paper” on the recommendations, he said upon receiving the report.

Mr. Barrow has one month to submit a summary of the report to the National Assembly and to international organizations such as the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) and the UN. He has six months to decide what action to take on the recommendations, according to a TRRC official.

Read also In Gambia, a much criticized alliance between the party of Adama Barrow and that of Yahya Jammeh

The exercise is delicate for him, even if the deadlines allow him to see it coming, without having to pronounce before the presidential election of December 4. Mr. Jammeh retains many supporters in his country. His fate is one of the major themes of the presidential campaign. Mr Barrow is running for re-election and Mr Jammeh is involved in the campaign from a distance.

The TRRC, created in 2017, heard from January 2019 to May 2021 393 witnesses, victims but also former « junglers » (?Broussards?), members of the regime’s death squads, who came to recount the many atrocities committed under Yahya Jammeh during sometimes overwhelming public hearings. Numerous depositions directly implicated Mr. Jammeh, 56 years old today.

The TRRC had qualified in an interim report published in April 2020 the human rights violations under Yahya Jammeh as “Massive, appalling and diverse”.

After the presidential election at the end of 2016 won by Mr. Barrow and six weeks of a twisting crisis caused by Mr. Jammeh’s refusal to cede power, the latter had finally had to leave the country for Equatorial Guinea, under the pressure of ‘a West African military intervention and following a final Guinean-Mauritanian mediation.

?

The Turin public prosecutor opened a file after Consob had launched an inspection last July and after the Covisoc report which had led the federal prosecutor to open a file. According to Covisoc it was necessary to investigate some cases related to capital gains operations, in particular that relating to the Pjanic-Arthur exchange. Now Juventus is also under criminal investigation. This would involve movements of approximately 50 million euros. Among the suspects, in addition to Agnelli, also the vice president Pavel Nedved and the former manager of the sports area Fabio Paratici plus three others from the commercial.

The financiers of the Turin Economic-Financial Police Unit, delegated to the investigations, were instructed to find documentation and other useful elements relating to the company financial statements approved in the years from 2019 to 2021, with reference to both the purchase and sale of rights to the sports performance of the players, and the regular formation of financial statements. At present, the activities are aimed at ascertaining the crime of false communications from listed companies and issuing invoices for non-existent transactions to the top management and the managers of the business, financial and sports management areas “.
